Not included

What's not included

  • Mattress protector and bedding (we recommend bringing your own)
  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear (covered by deposit)
Honest expectations

A note on condition

We document the furniture with photos at delivery and pickup. Normal wear is expected and accepted. Significant damage beyond fair wear is covered by the security deposit.

We repair and re-home all returned furniture, nothing goes to waste.
