We agree a delivery window that works around your schedule. Our team arrives, carries everything in, assembles it fully, and removes all packaging. You don't lift a finger.
Most deliveries take 2–3 hours. We cover all of Barcelona and the surrounding municipalities.
Delivery and assembly are included, free of charge. The only exception is when your building requires a furniture lift or a municipal permit for street access, common in older Barcelona buildings without a service elevator. In that case, we let you know in advance and quote it transparently before the delivery date.
That's it. Enjoy your home. Pay monthly, just like rent. If something needs attention during your contract, get in touch and we'll sort it.
As your contract end date approaches, you have three options:
6 months. We've found this is the most practical minimum for expats settling into Barcelona — long enough to feel at home, short enough to stay flexible.
Yes. We cover Barcelona city, L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Badalona, Sant Cugat del Vallès, and surrounding areas. Not sure if you're in our zone? Just ask.
Yes, subject to availability. Get in touch and we'll arrange a supplementary delivery.
Get in touch as soon as possible. Minor damage from normal use is expected. For significant damage, repair costs may be deducted from the deposit at the end of the contract.
Yes. Delivery, full assembly, and packaging removal are all included in your monthly price — no hidden fees.
Delivery and assembly are free as long as we can carry the furniture in through the normal entrance and any elevator or staircase. If your building doesn't allow that — common in older Barcelona buildings without a service lift — we may need to use a "plataforma elevadora" (external furniture lift), which sometimes also requires a municipal permit to occupy the street.
If that's the case, we let you know before the delivery date and quote the cost transparently as an at-cost pass-through from the lift operator. Tell us your floor, elevator, and any access notes in your quote request so we can flag it early. Municipal permits typically need a few business days lead time, so we'll plan accordingly.
Of course. Once your contract is confirmed, just let us know your preferred delivery date and we'll schedule around it.
