This Data Protection Policy applies to the website www.furniflexbcn.com, operated by M&O Creations, S.L. (the company that also operates the M&O Living brand). All references below to "we", "us" or the company refer to M&O Creations, S.L. as the data controller.

Purpose of the treatment

The purpose of collecting and processing personal data through the various forms made available to users on www.furniflexbcn.com — primarily our quote-request form — is to respond to requests for information, doubts, complaints, suggestions, and other communications related to the furniture-rental services we provide; to prepare and deliver personalised rental quotes; to manage the contract, delivery and pickup of furniture; and to know the opinion of our users so we can improve the service.

Term of conservation

The personal data provided will be kept for the period necessary to comply with the legal obligations relating to commercial, tax and accounting matters, and for as long as the data are needed to manage the rental relationship. After that, data will be removed unless you have given separate consent for further use, or unless retention is required by law.

Legitimation

M&O Creations, S.L. is entitled to the processing of personal data on the following bases:

• Consent given by the interested party by submitting the relevant form, for one or more specific purposes, as stated in Article 6.1.a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Performance of a contract when you enter into a rental agreement with us (Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR).
• Legal obligations we are subject to, such as commercial, tax and accounting record-keeping (Article 6.1.c) of the GDPR).

Accuracy of data

So that the data contained in our files (computer and/or paper) always correspond to reality, we will keep them up to date. The user must make any necessary changes directly when this is possible, or communicate them by reliable means to the corresponding area or department of M&O Creations, S.L.

Recipients

Personal data will not be transferred or communicated to third parties, except in the cases necessary for the development, control and fulfilment of the expressed purpose(s), or in the cases provided for by law. Where third-party service providers (for example, our hosting provider or form-processing service) handle data on our behalf, they do so under written agreement and act only on our instructions.

User rights

The person whose personal data we hold may at any time exercise their rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, which are:

• The right to request access to the personal data relating to the data subject.
• The right to request correction or deletion.
• The right to request limitation of processing.
• The right to object to processing.

M&O Creations, S.L. will adopt in its information system the appropriate technical and organisational measures, complying with the principle of proactive responsibility, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the stored data — avoiding its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access. These measures take into account the state of the art, the costs of application, and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as the varying risks of probability and severity associated with each processing activity.
